Refund Policy

Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are FINAL. All orders are thoroughly checked for quality assurance before being shipped out.

In the event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via email within 7 days after receiving your order. Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Lingerie CANNOT be exchanged for a different size, adult novelties CANNOT show signs of use, and lashes CANNOT show signs of wear.

Please send your return request to support@londononlock.com. Our team will review your request and will follow up with further instructions.
